The Roaming Bears RV Maintenance Membership is a preventative maintenance and service savings program that helps keep your RV safe, reliable, and road-ready through routine inspections, maintenance services, and member discounts.

Services vary by plan but may include inspections, seasonal maintenance, winterization, pre-departure inspections, exterior washes, technical support, and discounted parts and labor.

A minor repair is a service requiring one hour or less of labor and no major disassembly. Eligible plans include a monthly labor credit for one qualifying repair, as determined by Roaming Bears RV.

Some plans include limited emergency mobile service. Expanded mobile coverage is available as an add-on. Service availability depends on location, business hours, and staff availability.

The membership does not cover accident damage, misuse or neglect, warranty or insurance repairs, or services outside the service area.

Maintenance memberships are available for Motorhomes (Class A, B, and C — gas or diesel) and for Travel Trailers and Fifth Wheels. Plans are tailored to each RV type.

PDIs are quick safety checks performed before a trip. Each plan includes a set number per year. PDIs must be scheduled and used within the membership year and do not roll over.

Parts are not included unless specifically stated. Members receive discounted pricing on parts and labor, with higher-tier plans receiving additional discounts.

Yes. Members are responsible for scheduling all services. Seasonal reminders are provided, but services are not scheduled automatically.

Memberships are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice, and benefits end at the current billing cycle.
